MIFFLINBURG TELEGRAPH, March 10, 2011--7 ,ira Rotary Club seeks nominations for Teacher of the Year The Mifflinburg Rotary Club is spon- soring its annual Teacher of the Year award. This award is given in recogni- tion of a teacher nominated for excel- lence in the field of education and for influencing students to attain their per- sonal best. The only requirement is that the teacher be a full time teacher and teach in the Mifflinburg Area School District. Anyone can nominate a teacher. Additional services took place at Mountain View Old Order Mennonite Church, 274 Kaiser Run Road, Millmonc Bishop Esra M. Zimmerman, Bishop Levi N. Martin, Phares L. Zimmerman, Amos W. Nolt and Lloyd R. Zimmerman offi- ciated, Interment was in the Mount View Old Order Mennonite Cemetery, Lewis Town- ship, Union County. Casket bearers were: Merlin J. Martin, Duane A. Martin, Richard L. Zimmer- man, Delton L. Zimmerman, Leallen M. Zimmerman and Leon Ray Zimmerman Jr. Arrangements were under the care of Schwartz-Adamo Funeral and Cremation Services, 247 Chestnut St., Mifflinburg.
